She has had an accomplished career and won several awards, but this article simply repeats her personal CV and LinkedIn profile, and violates WP:NOTRESUME. Comment, I see that this article has been created by a brand new student editor (hi Briannaerika) for a geology unit, so this may explain why it "violates WP:NOTRESUME", "reads like a CV", and "Parts are copyvio"; also that the nominator acknowledges that Taylor "has had an accomplished career and won several awards", so with appropriate sources found she might meet WP:GNG; i suggest draftify so that the creator has the opportunity to work on it.
