Delete No indications that this book has made any significant impact anywhere. It is the author's debut novel (according to his Amazon profile) and is published by an organization (Forward Press Books) of which I can find no information. There is a Forward Press books company, but the appear to be in the business of spiritual publication, and do not list this book among their offerings.
