Does not have coverage that meets significant coverage by reliable, third-party sources to establish notability WP:RS, WP:SIGCOV and article makes no claim that there is historic, social, economic, or architectural importance.   • Delete This is just a namedrop, although I'm finding other similar sources, apparently about the same incident. A couple brief mentions in government reports are only references that some agency has offices there. This is only a mention in a list of buildings closed for maintenance.
