This is a recreation of an article that existed at Franco Lino which is salted. Article was draftifed‎ at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Franco Lino and deleted/salted at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Franco_Lino_(2nd_nomination). Rather than try and work on the article in draft at Draft:Franco Lino the article creator has sought to bypass the salting. The current article as it stands is not adequately supported by reliable sources and should be deleted and salted. The only editing that should happen should be on Draft:Franco Lino until such time that it fit for mainspace. TarnishedPath^talk 13:57, 27 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This was raised on my Talk as a prior closer, and as I don't have time at the moment to assess new sources, I will not be taking a position. Just noting that if factors relating to notability and/or consensus have changed and my SALTing needs removed to move a draft or this article, any admin is welcome to do so if I'm not online when consensus is determined. @SportingFlyer, a draft at Draft:Franco Lino exists which has been existence for longer than this article. The draft was recently submitted to AfC for review and the reviewer determined that it is not sufficiently supported by reliable sources to be published into mainspace. The person who has published this article has repeatedly done so despite two previous deletion discussions which I have detailed above, instead of working on the draft. I haven't dug in depth, but I don't think the creator of this version has made more than two edits to the drafted one. It may be that editors are not aware of the distinct versions or that the draft space one should have been improved. Star Mississippi 03:06, 29 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Star Mississippi, the creator of this version was the same person who moved the other article to mainspace for the first time on 30 July 2023‎, immediately following it being declined by AfC eight days earlier. The other article was then draftified on 3 October 2023 after a AfD discussion. The same editor then recreated the article at Franco Lino (you'll be able to see this by looking at the logs) not even a month later by copy and pasting the source from Draft:Franco Lino to Franco Lino. If you look at their talk page you'll see they got notifications for both AfD discussions of the other article, so they are fully aware of what has been going on. I've even had a bit of a discussion with them at one point underneath one of the AfD notifications. TarnishedPath^talk 09:55, 30 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
