I suspect this fails WP:GNG, partly from reading the article and partly based on the author, who has a history of creating terrible articles, and (full disclosure) I just indefinitely blocked. Unfortunately, because of the language issue I am unable to do WP:BEFORE. I'm hoping that we can get some participation in this AfD from Farsi speakers.
