No claim to notability per WP:NMUSIC and no sources to show general notability. A WP:BEFORE search yields nothing independent.
This was created by an editor who has been blocked for UPE, and was draftified but moved back to mainspace without any changes, by an editor who made 10 minor edits and waited 4 days.
