This page seems to consist of little more than original research. I can find no reliable sources for this video game move; in fact, most hits for "Double Jump" refer to something in Bridge (card game). Reyk YO! 11:51, 10 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Off the top of my head, there was an article in Kotaku devoted to jumping. Not the greatest piece of writing ever put to pixels, though. Nifboy (talk) 17:05, 10 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete: WP:NOTDIC. Although the term is almost universally used by video game players, it's rather self-explanatory and just not as notable a concept as, say, its Olympic cousin, the triple jump. — Rankiri (talk) 18:22, 10 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Hmmm. I say keep. It is a pretty notable move in a first person shooter or adventure game, and deserves an article about as much as it's brother, the rocket jump. I've added a ref, and will try to get another. Buggie111 (talk) 14:50, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment - There was also an episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent that featured the double jump (no kidding!) move prominently. The rerun just aired this past week on Ion. SharkD Talk 16:45, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- The contents of this article is WP:OR junk. Delete history and redirect to Contract bridge or possibly create a dab to distinguish from the ice skating [1] [2] figure. It is a term used in some video games, so it could be added to a dab, but is it a notable video-game topic for a separate article? No evidence so far. There are other meanings [3] [4] [5] [6] as well, which may be worth including if they are found in the relevant articles per MOS:DABMENTION. Pcap ping 03:37, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Comment. I have created double jump (disambiguation). Pcap ping 04:51, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Move new Disambig page to replace created by Pcap. A short description is plenty, and since there are many other meanings it's the best solution. --Teancum (talk) 17:03, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
