This subject does not appear to be notable. It was marked as possibly lacking notability more than 18 months ago, and still it only has non-independent citations from the websites in question. The Japanese article similarly lacks independent citations. I was unable to find any secondary sources on this website (though I admit the language barrier means I am not the right person to look for it).   • Delete. Neither of the two sources linked above seems to contain any in-depth coverage of the subject. The first mentions it in passing, and the second reads like a press-release ("Voting for "ComicFesta Anime Awards 2017-2019" by "ComicFesta Anime", which is delivering exciting anime, has started!"). --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 07:29, 10 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
