Seems to be, at best, an unofficial proposed tournament and, at worst, a hoax. Mattlore (talk) 22:07, 27 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep - I would push for more investigation on all sides, before moving to delete being put up for deletion and this debate.Fleets (talk) 18:01, 28 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment - The sources confirm it is happening. That means that it isn't just a proposed tournament, and it certainly isn't a hoax. That being said, WP:ITEXISTS is not a reason for keeping an article. Withholding my !vote for now as to whether it is notable, but I just wanted to make sure everyone votes for the right reasons rather than relying on the nomination statement. • Keep – Just about notable enough and as far as I can tell, it will definitely happen. – skemcraig 21:56, 28 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Changing to Delete, clearly it's far from certain that it'll definitely happen. Re-create if/when we have more information available as for now, it's WP:TOOSOON. Skemcraig (talk) 23:24, 24 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment: I searched before I proposed the deletion and couldn't find any sources, but have now found this [1]. So it sounds like it was a proposed tournament which now won't occur (in 2017, at least). Mattlore (talk) 21:57, 2 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment. There's no doubt in my mind that it will eventually meet GNG to be notable. But there is very little coverage yet. Doctorhawkes (talk) 22:40, 4 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Delete Per WP:TOOSOON. The article can always be re-created if and when the tournament does eventually go ahead. J Mo 101 (talk) 17:40, 11 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - as WP:TOOSOON and per Mattlore's source which contains a brief mention indicating the tournament won't happen. (The very reason WP refrains from WP:CRYSTAL-tyoe coverage.) Given the overall confusion, it would be best to wait until a definitive article can be written from significant coverage in reliable sources. CactusWriter (talk) 18:58, 24 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Userfy into Therealflea's userspace—then when meets GNG—move back to mainspace – makes sense to get the article away from mainspace while non-notable, if it will probably become notable. Also meant as in between keep and delete. J947 19:49, 24 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
