Both users have demonstrated that their only purpose on Wikipedia is to introduce information about the questionably notable Prem Raj Pushpakaran (see the AFD). The SockMaster was blocked for 1 year for repeatedly trying to introduce his autobiography, and soon thereafter, the sock began trying to introduce the biography again, as well as repeated attempts to add his name to the List of people from Kerala. I was originally going to take this to ANI due to concerns from several editors that this is an bot/automated account however after seeing an attempt to create content from this master on Commons it seems to be a fairly obvious WP:DUCK. I know usually x-wiki contributions don't matter but the name alone is enough quacking.

Further concerns are that this account solely edits articles beginning with "Prem" (and the only non-prem edits are to Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle) and blanking it's user talk page with no response to editors' concerns, including 3 disruptive editing blocks. Seems to be a fairly obvious WP:DUCK. The username is the same as the last sock Profpremrajpushpakaran, except with an extra "p" in the middle. Both accounts have similar interest areas and have edited articles on Indian space launch vehicles, such as Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle on the previous account, List of PSLV launches and Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle in the currently active account. —Gazoth (talk) 16:20, 29 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Fairly obvious WP:DUCK. The username is the same as the last two socks, User:Profpremrajpushpakaran and User:Profpremrajppushpakaran, again with an extra "p" in the middle. Suspected sockpuppets[edit]

WP:DUCKish name similarities to other names within this sock farm. These named came up in connection with Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Jishnu 2023. While the clerk examining that case has concluded most of those users appear to be students in the same course at a school where shared IP addresses are common and are not likely sockpuppets, this user (whose edits do not overlap the other editors in the Jishnu case) appears related by IP address. I will note that Platoonking's only contribution was to User:Platoonking/sandbox, which PamukPrudhommé has also edited extensively and PamukPhillip has edited briefly. This sandbox is a biography of Prem Raj Pushpakaran, the attempted creation and re-creation of which originally got the base user of this sock farm blocked.
