Enwiki has no content about this subject. Yes, there is an old merge in the history but the article in which it was merged to was deleted in the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Middle-earth rivers (2nd nomination). The redirect currently at List of Middle-earth rivers was created after the deletion, so the history this redirect was merged into is no longer extant in an undeleted state anywhere. Only mention of Greyflood in enwiki is "Boromir lost his horse while crossing the Greyflood and travelled the rest of the way on foot", which doesn't really tell a reader anything about this river. It's a river, but I don't remember if it has any other names. If it has additional names, I guess this could be retargeted to where the river is detailed there, but I don't remember if this river had additional names. Hog Farm Bacon 23:47, 14 August 2020 (UTC)

Information about her was removed from the target in April (see Talk:Online shaming#Example Farm). She is mentioned in passing on a few articles like IAC (company)#2010s and 2020s, Sam Biddle, Michael Kulich, and So You've Been Publicly Shamed, none of which would make good targets. A different Justine Sacco is mentioned at Timeline of women in warfare and the military in the United States from 2011–present. I'd say the best option would be to delete; a disambiguation page would be a distant second preference. 59.149.124.29 (talk) 15:13, 31 July 2020 (UTC)
- Retarget Justine Sacco to Timeline of women in warfare and the military in the United States from 2011–present#2011, since there's some info on a Justine Sacco there. Delete the other two per nom. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 20:34, 4 August 2020 (UTC)

It is more plausibly a misspelling of language. Therefore, retarget. Soumya-8974 talk contribs subpages 12:55, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
- Retarget Google search gives results in French or asks if I misspelled the word. Langage is mentione din the target, but can be handled with a hatnote. –LaundryPizza03 (dc̄) 13:35, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
- Comment: The redirect is currently tagged with {{R from subtopic}}. In addition, it seems that subjects which utilize the word "Langage" have a connection with the subject at Plymouth (which the subject of the nominated redirect's target Plympton is a suburb), including the subject at Langage Power Station.
However, the problem lies in the fact that at the current time, the article Plympton does not mention the word "Langage" anywhere in it.Steel1943 (talk) 21:20, 7 August 2020 (UTC)- ...Turns out this redirect is linked in Plymouth and identified as a settlement. My vote incoming... Steel1943 (talk) 21:26, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
Retarget to PlymouthKeep per Uanfala (Apparently, I cant read. Steel1943 (talk) 15:02, 8 August 2020 (UTC) ) (continuing to be a {{R from subtopic}}) or delete (per WP:REDLINK) per my comments above. Steel1943 (talk) 21:27, 7 August 2020 (UTC)- Retargeting is out of the question: correct names always take precedence over typos. And I don't see what's the problem with the current target: Plympton prominently mentions in its lead Langage as a constituent part, and that's also where the redirect Langage, Devon is pointing. Maybe there's a case for disambiguating as the nearby power station is also apparently referred to as just "Langage", and the French word langage also occasionally crops up in English texts (see Langue and parole for context; though as far as I'm aware it's always discussed just as the French word and is not a term of art, so including it on the dab page is probably optional). I've drafted a dab below the redirect. – Uanfala (talk) 12:54, 8 August 2020 (UTC)

- Langage is an industrial estate next to Plympton - https://www.old-maps.co.uk/ doesn't show a village, and http://www.npemap.org.uk shows the name but it refers to a hamlet slightly further out where old-maps.co.uk shows Higher Langage and Lower Langage (probably farms). The industrial estate, hamlet and power station are all outside the boundary of Plymouth (of which Plympton is a part); administratively they are in Sparkwell but that article is a stub and doesn't mention any of them. It is often described as in Plympton or Plymouth but that is probably based on its postcode. A redirect to Language would be misleading. Peter James (talk) 11:17, 16 August 2020 (UTC)
- Keep per Uanfala and add a typo-catching hatnote at the target. We don't disambiguate for typos. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 19:23, 18 August 2020 (UTC)
- Uanfala has already drafted a dab at Langage, so clearly they are in favor of this decision. CycloneYoris talk! 21:47, 18 August 2020 (UTC)
- After Peter James's comment, I think we have good reasons not to keep: the current target doesn't seem any more relevant for the place than several other articles. In cases like these it's best to leave it to the dab entry to clarify what exactly Langage is, and to link to the articles (probably more than one) that are relevant. Oh, and we actually do sometimes disambiguate for typos (a subset of such dabs can be seen here), but there are no typos involved in this case here. – Uanfala (talk) 23:44, 18 August 2020 (UTC)
- Retarget to Sparkwell Yes indeed Langage is in Sparkwell parish so it should be redirected there, in terms of the point about misspelling all of those that are transcluded don't have anything that is spelled correctly by those titles, a {{Redirect-distinguish}} would take care of this. - Worth noting that, though there are also temples devoted to male sheep (wikt:ram#Etymology 1), e.g. ancient Egyptian temples at Mendes, temples to Rama appear to be the WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT for "ram temple" based on reliable-source usage of that phrase (e.g. GBooks search for "ram temple" [1]). 59.149.124.29 (talk) 02:45, 7 August 2020 (UTC)

A redirect to a DAB page which lists no-one who could be classified as an athlete under our naming conventions (i.e. someone who participates in the sport of athletics). There is an athlete with that name - hammer-thrower sv:Bengt Johansson (friidrottare), who looks as if he might pass WP:GNG and is mentioned in Athletics at the 1999 Summer Universiade – Men's hammer throw. Delete, to remove confusion and to encourage article creation if justified. Narky Blert (talk) 08:22, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- Keep - 4 out of 5 of the people on the disambiguation page are athletes (even if they didn't compete in the sport of athletics, that doesn't mean they aren't/weren't athletes). A7V2 (talk) 01:11, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- Keep and tag as an {{R from incomplete disambiguation}} - The handball player, the ice sledge hockey players, and the wrestler could all conceivably be considered athletes. Hog Farm Bacon 01:33, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- Keep. I agree that "athlete" has a wider definition (although I note that's not the case in svwiki). Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 07:57, 16 August 2020 (UTC)

Birther conspiracies are not limited to Obama. Trump started or otherwise helped spread birther theories against many of his political opponents, including Ted Cruz 1, and most recently Kamala Harris 2, 3. While the birther conspiracies originated from Obama, given the similarly high profile nature of other birther theories I am not sure a redirect to the Obama article per WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT is appropriate here. Suggest a retarget to Birtherism (disambiguation) but open to other options (e.g. hatnote) subject to the discussion. Dps04 (talk) 07:48, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- Retarget all to Birtherism (disambiguation). That includes "Nirther", which apparently derives from the misspelling "Nirth Certificate" on a conspiracist website. Note that Birtherism -> Birtherism (disambiguation) will be a WP:MALPLACED error which will need a WP:ROUNDROBIN page swap. It's a long time to November, and I can see Trump repeating his lie about Harris up until then and very possibly after. I wouldn't be surprised if enough news is generated to justify a separate article. Narky Blert (talk) 08:49, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- Correction - Kamala Harris citizenship conspiracy theories exists, and I've added it to the DAB page. Narky Blert (talk) 08:58, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- Procedural close and send it to WP:RM, as this is effectively a request to reverse the January 2019 move which put Birtherism (disambiguation) at its present location. 59.149.124.29 (talk) 09:00, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- I think that, at this point, there might be enough material for an article on birtherism in general considering it's probably one of the best-known conspiracies in US politics. Nohomersryan (talk) 16:37, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- @Nohomersryan:, just for clarity: how would a potential article on birtherism as a conspiracy theory differ from Barack Obama citizenship conspiracy theories? Eggishorn (talk) (contrib) 17:21, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- As OP mentioned, at this point birtherism has been applied to a fair amount of high-profile US politicians; it doesn't have to be solely about Obama. Though I suppose you could say that "birtherism" primarily refers to Obama conspiracies, which would be contrary to the argument suggested in this RFD that there is no WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT Nohomersryan (talk) 17:42, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- @Nohomersryan:, just for clarity: how would a potential article on birtherism as a conspiracy theory differ from Barack Obama citizenship conspiracy theories? Eggishorn (talk) (contrib) 17:21, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- Too Soon. Keep the redirect as is, and revisit in a month. I strongly suspect that the attempt to create a version of birtherism pointed at Kamala has failed... and that (unlike the Obama version) it isn’t going to get any traction, even amongst the conspiracy nutters. Blueboar (talk) 21:36, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- Wasn’t there a US president 100 and change years ago born in northern Vermont, and political foes accused him of secretly having been born across the border in Canada? Hyperbolick (talk) 02:43, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- I suppose you are referring to Chester Arthur, but then the supposed "controversy", if any, of his birth, predates the modern usage of the term birther. Wikidictionary defines birther explicitly as someone who buys into the conspiracy theory that Obama was not born in the US, or more generally, anyone who questions the eligibility of a candidate for office based on their citizenship status. So the real question here is whether participants agree that the term birther is so associated with Obama that the current redirect is appropriate, or there ought to be a retarget given the other birth conspiracy theories targeted at high profile individuals commonly labelled as "birther" by the media and reliable sources. --Dps04 (talk) 04:30, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- Keep, on the grounds that the disputes over Obama's eligibility are arguably still the primary meaning of 'birtherism'. If the current disputes over Kamala Harris (or other politicians) become more enduring and higher profile, Birtherism may have to be developed into a general article on such theories. Robofish (talk) 18:24, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- Would seem the soundest practice, developing an article just on this topic, as it has at least been insinuated against George Romney, John McCain, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and so on. Hyperbolick (talk) 20:00, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- Though does all seem covered in Natural born citizen clause. Hyperbolick (talk) 20:20, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- Retarget to Natural-born-citizen clause#Eligibility challenges and add a note in the intro to that section about the terminology and Trump's use of the tactic against multiple opponents (Obama, Cruz, Harris). -- Beland (talk) 20:59, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- Retarget, then, to Natural-born-citizen clause#Eligibility challenges as per Beland. Hyperbolick (talk) 21:26, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- Keep per 59.149.x.x. There aren't many Barack Obama or Kamala Harris or whoever else conspiracy theories, there's just a single conspiracy theory slightly adjusted and trotted out whenever Donald Trump faces a non-white political opponent. We probably won't get that into an article title, but "birtherism" is better than putting any other living person's name in the title. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 17:48, 18 August 2020 (UTC)
- Keep per Robofish. — Tartan357 (Talk) 05:28, 20 August 2020 (UTC)

I can't find any external reference to this name, the misspelling isn't particularly clear, and a grand total of 11 people have used the redirect this year [2] Vahurzpu (talk) 02:13, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
- Delete Per nom it is an unlikely misnomer for the target. I can find no treaty signed at Lesbos, and there many treaties mentioning sexual orientation [3] so this is too vague to be a reference to any particular one of those. 59.149.124.29 (talk) 02:21, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
