- Rosfeld → Shooting of Antwon Rose Jr. (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Misleading and useless redirect being that we already have a Michael Rosfeld redirect to the article and there are other individuals with that last name, who have no connections to the shooting. We do not have other last name redirects to other officer-involved shootings like Wilson to Michael Brown or Liang to Akai Gurley 69.118.35.133 (talk) 21:40, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- Delete, I agree that a surname redirect is not helpful when the surname-holder is not the subject of the redirect target and is not notable enough to justify a standalone article. —Xezbeth (talk) 07:24, 26 June 2018 (UTC)
- Delete, too general to exist. The editor whose username is Z0 09:47, 26 June 2018 (UTC)
- Delete {{R from surname}} plus {{R avoided double redirect}} is a bridge too far. Recreate as a {{surname}} index if and when there's actually multiple people by this name discussed in Wikipedia. 59.149.124.29 (talk) 13:21, 26 June 2018 (UTC)
- Keep or create article - Keep, retarget, or create an article at this location. --Jax 0677 (talk) 14:44, 27 June 2018 (UTC)
- Delete - Indeed there are other people called Rosfeld. Since this title redirects to a fatal incident, I would advise erring on the delete side to avoid WP:BLP concerns. Deryck C. 12:45, 3 July 2018 (UTC)

Opinion polling for the next Slovenian parliamentary election

- Opinion polling for the next Slovenian parliamentary election → Opinion polling for the Slovenian parliamentary election, 2018 (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
The redirect made a bit of sense a few weeks ago but now that the election has passed, there's no valid target for "the next election". Pichpich (talk) 18:17, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- Keep and restore content @Pichpich: The "next Slovenian election" now refers to the next election (this is, the one to be held after the 2018 election and in or before 2022). It looks like the page was already underway collecting opinion polling for the next election. But for some reason, it looks like you blanked the page, then turned it into a redirect yourself, then ask for it to be deleted (??). In my view, the blanked content should be restored. This discussion has little sense. Impru20talk 18:25, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- Nevermind. I got confused by the article's history. I retract the nomination. Pichpich (talk) 18:32, 25 June 2018 (UTC)

- Robert Nichols (Former Unidentified Person) → Joseph Newton Chandler III (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
This is a remnant from a no-consensus page move. I had already created Robert Nichols (identity thief) as a redirect, so this one is probably redundant. Home Lander (talk) 17:23, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- Delete or rename to "Robert Nichols (formerly unidentified person)" to fix the capitalization and grammar. FallingGravity 23:30, 25 June 2018 (UTC)

- Strong Lebanon → Free Patriotic Movement (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
"Strong Lebanon" is, according to Members of the 2018–22 Lebanese Parliament a voting bloc/coalition of which the Free Patriotic Movement is the largest but not only member. I believe this redirect should be deleted if it is not first overwritten with an article about the bloc.Thryduulf (talk) 10:56, 25 June 2018 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was keep. Thryduulf (talk) 13:41, 6 July 2018 (UTC)
- Coptic polyhedron → Polyhedron (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Neither the article, nor Google, has anything about "Coptic polyhedron/a": perhaps this is a typo for "Acoptic polyhedron". Is it a plausible typo? I suggest it's more likely to confuse the reader. PamD 09:43, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- Here's one example: [1]. (It talks about coptic deltahedra, but a deltahedron is just a polyhedron with triangular faces.) If you look at Grunbaum's paper Acoptic polyhedra, the terms he uses are acoptic and nonacoptic, so "coptic" is non-standard, but it's easy to see how someone would encounter the term "acoptic" and think its negation is formed by removing the prefix. Though it's weakly attested, a mathematically-inclined reader might be more confused to look for polyhedra and only encounter topics related to Egypt. -Apocheir (talk) 21:44, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- Weak Keep per the sort of reasoning by Apocheir. Seems like a reasonable redirect. JoshuaZ (talk) 21:46, 29 June 2018 (UTC)

- Middletown ct → Middletown, Connecticut (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Lower case state abbrev plus no comma: we don't need redirects from every possibly mangled version of the name of every settlemen in the USA. PamD 09:36, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. Potentially confusing with "ct" meaning "court" like a street name. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 16:24, 26 June 2018 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was disambiguate. Thanks, IP, for the work. --BDD (talk) 14:56, 6 July 2018 (UTC)
Initially created redirecting to Lebanese Forces where the term is not mentioned. Retargetted by @Godsy: with comment "Slightly better", but still does not seem a useful redirect. PamD 08:54, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- Disambig. Per Members of the 2018–22 Lebanese Parliament "Strong Republic" is a voting bloc of which Lebanese Forces is one (but not the only) member and we should have an article on that bloc. However, the term is also used for the Strong Republic Transit System and Strong Republic Nautical Highway, both in the Philippines, and it is a very commonly used phrase in articles about Philippine politics and government but I'm unsure what target would be best for that (if any). Thryduulf (talk) 10:23, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- Disambiguate as above The term is used in Philippine government. [2] and those PTMs are useful. Also recently used by Lebanese government so neither can really claim primary topic. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 18:52, 26 June 2018 (UTC)
- Disambiguate, including all terms from both Philippine and Lebanese usage. Onel5969 TT me 11:50, 29 June 2018 (UTC)
- Comment tried drafting a dab; suggestions for better/additional targets are welcome. I put Strong Republic Transit System and Strong Republic Nautical Highway in "See also" as they appear to be mere WP:PTMs; the best actual discussion I could find of the phrase "Strong Republic" itself in the Philippine context was a brief mention at Presidency of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. (Vehicle registration plates of the Philippines has a bit more context, but that seems like a really odd place to send people who search/link to this phrase.) - Lebanon First → Future Movement (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
No mention of this term in target article to show the reader why they have arrived there. No evidence that this is a useful redirect. PamD 08:48, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- Delete or overwite. Per Members of the 2018–22 Lebanese Parliament this is a parliamentary voting bloc about which we should have an article. Future Movement is simply the largest component (there are also indpenedent members and the possibility of other members who did not get elected). Thryduulf (talk) 10:25, 25 June 2018 (UTC)

"Team Dambulla" has several incoming links from other articles, so it is not appropriate to redirect readers to one particular tournament (in which page it has at least two "outgoing" circular links). Better to leave it as a red link until someone writes the article. PamD 08:45, 25 June 2018 (UTC)

- Keep. The draft has been declined many times by different reviewers. It can be G6-ed when someone wants to accept it. For now, I don't see why it should be deleted. The editor whose username is Z0 06:50, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- Keep per The editor. Redirects do not need to be deleted in advance of possible page moves, admins can delete them automatically when actually moving the page. Until then the redirect continues to perform a useful function. Thryduulf (talk) 10:41, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
- There's no reason to delete until a draft is accepted by a reviewer, but until then it would be better redirected to Monstercat, which has some information, not Monstercat 001 – Launch Week, where the name is only in a track listing. Peter James (talk) 21:21, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
