Useless Interwiki redirect. KMF (talk) 23:51, 22 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Retarget to Félix Godefroid where it has been pointing since 2009 until recently. -- Tavix (talk) 00:06, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment is there a reason his brother's name is bold in that article? Was it meant to be there to receive the redirect? AngusWOOF (barksniff) 18:00, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Non notable actor's redirect. Marvellous Spider-Man 18:26, 22 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per nom. Not even mentioned in that article, unless he went under a different name? Was originally created and then proposed as a CSD A7 before being remade into a redirect. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 16:55, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Northwest Asia[edit]

No clear area known as "Northwest Asia", which means an WP:XY situation. Western Asia is southwest of Central Asia, which itself is southwest of North Asia (aka Siberia). feminist 07:26, 15 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that there is no confusion. Another user changed the redirect to "Europe". Since Asia obviously isn't in Europe, and Siberia is so big that it also encompasses North and Northeast Asia, the correct redirect is to North Asia. BartoszST (talk) 09:19, 15 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Geographically, Western Siberia makes the most sense to me, but I'm wary whether it's a term that is actually used to describe such. -- Tavix (talk) 22:03, 15 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.

  • delete per WP:REDLINK. Searching in GScholar shows several hundred uses of the term, and this paper (which I could not read) does appear to define it. Another paper referred to the region around the Caspian Sea. It seems to me that we ought to have an article which describes this region rather than a redirect. St. Louis Cardinals who have pitched a no-hitter[edit]

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was retarget to List of St. Louis Cardinals no-hitters. (non-admin closure) feminist 13:05, 30 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A mainspace page should not redirect to a template except in limited cases. This is not a template shortcut. GeoffreyT2000 (talk, contribs) 05:12, 22 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • This was created from a page move and doesn't meet the redirect suppression criteria since it doesn't qualify for R2. I don't care if it's deleted, but if this is not preferred the CSD criteria should be updated. TonyBallioni (talk) 05:21, 22 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Retarget to List of St. Louis Cardinals no-hitters, because this is a plausible search. --NYKevin 02:09, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Retarget per NYKevin. Would be fine as a redirect, but a superior mainspace article exists. ---- Patar knight - chat/contributions 14:53, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Retarget per NYKevin. Lepricavark (talk) 19:44, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

No mention anywhere in the current state of wikipedia. The Marfani are apparently a clan, presumably related to the Samma (tribe). That article used to mention them previously, but this mentions has since been removed [1]. Of course, it's possible for someone to dig up reliable (emphasis added) sources and restore a mention somewhere, but I don't really think anyone has the patience to do that. – Uanfala 01:24, 22 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was delete as unopposed. -- Tavix (talk) 16:07, 31 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Used to be discussed at its target article, but the section has been removed. Frankly, the title is a bit nonsensical. Note to the closer: This may constitute xkcd-bait, see [2]'s title text. NYKevin 01:03, 22 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
