Nominator's rationale: Per classic WP:SMALLCAT
Only 7 Design 1095 ships were ever built during the 1920s and all were used as civilian merchant ships. Just 1 of those was later bought by the US Navy during WWII. Nominator's rationale: Per WP:OCEGRS, WP:NARROWCAT and in this case also WP:SMALLCAT. This is an intersection of three things:
  1. Nationality (Americans)
  2. Ethnicity (Indians)
  3. Job (government officials)

    I'm quite sure that wouldn't solve any of the other problems. In fact, most of the time, these "of Y descent" categories are nothing but trivial intersections and are rarely anything but unhelpful category clutter. A group nom would probably do some good in this regards, but given how large this category tree is, I'm not sure that's going to be particularly effective or worth the colossal amount of time it would require. Nominator's rationale: delete, seems to be the same thing as Category:Bioimaging software. There is no separate article about Biovisualization or likewise, while we do have Bioimage informatics. There is no need for merging, the three articles in the category are already in Category:Free DICOM software which is the subcategory of to Category:Free bioimaging software.
