Lacks evidence of notability, appears to fail WP:GNG and while NFOOTY is gone, does not even qualify for consideration under NSPORTS and would not have for the old FOOTY either. One of four investors in a secondary soccer team is not sufficient, and there seems no other ground at all. Further, >70% of the article is about the investment play on the football club, with almost nothing on the apparent subject at all. Searches do not suggest any better grounds for an article.
