I got your message regarding the article you created at Glen Este, Ohio. Ordinarily I would only reply on my talk page, but to make sure you see this, I'm copying it here as well.
I did a little bit of Wikification for the article, including adding section headings. I don't see any problem as far as impending deletion discusions; ordinarily all geographical features, towns, and townships warrant their own article.
Feel free to contact me if you have other questions, need an outside opinion, or some other issue. I'm here to help and happy to have you on Wikipedia! • VigilancePrime 04:35 (UTC) 21 Feb '08

Speedy deletion of "Dayton Hobbs"[edit]

A page you created, Dayton Hobbs, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how they are important or significant, and thus why they should be included in an encyclopedia. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and the guidelines for biographies in particular.

You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

AfD nomination of Dayton Hobbs[edit]

I have nominated Dayton Hobbs, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dayton Hobbs. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Leonard(Bloom) 23:05, 17 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and the page that you created has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. A tag has been placed on Susan Sennett, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. The article Barbi Losh has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Speedy deletion nomination of The Five Fine Fillies[edit]

Hello Wllmlos,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged The Five Fine Fillies for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

Hello, Wllmlos. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, The Fine Five Fillies, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. ColonelHenry (talk) 04:50, 28 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The article Five Fine Fillies has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable fictional band.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. reddogsix (talk) 23:20, 10 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion discussion about V. Stiviano[edit]

Hello, Wllmlos,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether V. Stiviano should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/V. Stiviano .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks, Wgolf (talk) 14:30, 28 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on V. Stiviano requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. A tag has been placed on Jenny Scordamaglia requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://jennyscordamaglia.com/bio.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

A tag has been placed on Jenny Scordamaglia, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

Penny (The Big Bang Theory)[edit]

Hi. Please do not add uncited material to articles, as you did with this edit to Penny (The Big Bang Theory), as this violates Wikipedia's Verifiability policy. Wikipedia requires that the material in its articles be accompanied by reliable, verifiable (usually secondary) sources explicitly cited in the text in the form of an inline citation, which you can learn to make here. If you ever have any other questions about editing, or need help regarding the site's policies, just let me know by leaving a message for me in a new section at the bottom of my talk page. Thanks. This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Cincinnati, Georgetown and Portsmouth Railroad, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://clermont-county-history.org/historical-articles/batavia-railroad-cgp.html.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. Paige Hemmis[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Paige Hemmis shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

  • I noticed that you have continuously added the same, unsourced, information to Paige Hemmis's page lately regarding her usage of pink equipment and the resulting economical impact. While I don't doubt the information, as a biography of a living person, "All quotations and any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be explicitly attributed to a reliable, published source, which is usually done with an inline citation." Please consider adding a reliable, secondary source to this information as proof, otherwise it is subject to removal as has been previously done. Thanks in advance. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. Hello. You made several edits to the Saint Patrick article; chiefly adding unsourced specific dates and one of his supposed personal names despite neither being established with any certainty. If my Sourced information from Chuck Lorre or Sherwood Scwartz as well as other sites are not good enough for you, than I don't know what else to say. Then go ahead and delete it. I've been a writer, researcher and journalist for 50 years and every time I add an interesting tid bit which would help the article NOT vandalize it you guys will just cut it.. It could be one word and it would be deleted because of no source. I've been responsibly contributing to the site since 2008 and lately you younger guys have to fart around with it. I won't be signing on again. There are too many other places that I can use my vast information of knowledge. (I can't believe that something I wrote in 2008 was just deleted) I'm done !!!!!!)

Even if you were an actual writer on the show, anything like a supposed last name for a character who never is given a last name on the show until they marry another character on the show needs a reliable source. There’s three people I personally know with an article on here but I still have to find sources if I edit their pages. If you can find a reliable source that gives her name as Penelope Barrinton, which you have yet to provide, you are welcome to include it. Until then, it has no business in the article.--Rockchalk717 20:41, 3 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings Rockchalk. Well, I might need to agree with you concerning the top line (nee Barrington). I realize that we can't give her a last name if it was never mentioned in the show...so agreed there. However, in one episode she quoted her mother calling her Penelope, so that is a fact and Even though Chuck Lorre told an interviewer her last name, even he said it can only be antidotal at this point. That particular paragraph is worth saving. but then again, it's up yo you.

Yeah if he said it could be just anecdotal, it should be left out, unless by some chance Penny is in episode of Young Sheldon or gets mentioned in the narration with her maiden name. Which episode? I literally just finished watching the entire series from start to finish and don’t recall this episode. Not necessarily doubting it happened because I don’t have the greatest memory in the world, I just don’t recall that happening.--Rockchalk717 22:21, 3 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I haven't had a chance to look up this particular episode, but check out season 2..."the Barbarian Sublimation". I think she is crying about her life and quotes her mother calling her Penelope. In that same episode, she get addicted to video games and her user name is Queen Penelope. Check it out.

I did just go back through the episode and the only mention of Penelope was in her user name. I’m not sure if that would be enough by itself because someone not familiar with the show could say Penelope could be her middle name, because some people do go by their middle name, even if people like you and I that are familiar with show are certain it’s her name (as I now am). Unless we can find which episode you’re referring to, I’m not sure we have enough to include that as her name. I tried a google search to find the episode and it didn’t turn anything up except the episode you referred to. If you can remember the exact episode, we could source the quote from both episodes to verify Penelope is her actual first name. This is just speaking strictly on Wikipedia policies and another editor being able to challenge the meaning of her gamertag being “Queen Penelope“, as a fan of the show, I’m pretty certain it’s her name now, but sadly it’s not enough.--Rockchalk717 17:42, 4 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings again. I just found a new insight on Penny's name. Evidently there was some mail with her name on it....and someone super zoomed in on it to see the name Penny Teller ! Well....that really threw me off !

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Orbisculate requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. A tag has been placed on Orbisculate requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.orbisculate.com/definition-petition. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

I received your message about the community of Willowville and I'm not exactly sure what you want me to change. I believe I added this quite a few years ago and was curious why it's just now being looked at. I'm from that area and granted, there is not a whole lot to say about it. I just thought that it should be recognized, that's all. If you feel you need to delete it, than you do what you have to. If you look up the area in Clermont county publications it will in fact say it's an unincorporated area named after the abundance of willow trees. That's all I have to say.
