Accounts are for individuals, not groups. Dr. Bharat should be the only one with access to this account. You may misunderstand Wikipedia slightly in that Wikipedia makes no guarantee that the presented information is accurate and is not for merely disseminating information. Wikipedia is about what can be verified. Wikipedia articles summarize what independent reliable sources state about a topic. You have a conflict of interest and seem to be a paid editor as a company employee. You won't be unblocked to, in the short term, edit about your company or anything for which you have a conflict of interest. If that is your only goal here, this is the end of the road.
