Could you please take another look at the Berthold Ullman article? I think he was a notable scholar. I expanded the article a bit. --TruthbringerToronto (Talk | contribs) 19:48, 16 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding the discussion we had a couple of days ago, I just moved Thomas Tate Tobin into the main namespace, sack of heads rolling on the floor and all. Crockspot 20:53, 19 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Assessments[edit]

Hi. You have put the Biography assessment tag on a bunch of articles related to G&S today. Since I created most of those, I should not assess them. Can you give them an assessment? Not many editors have visited most of those pages. Best regards, -- Ssilvers 20:34, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for yr interest in Temple-Poole. A comment would be helpful. regards Fred.e 16:11, 18 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Helping out with the Unassessed Wikipedia Biographies[edit]

Seeing that you are an active member of the WikiBiography Project, I was wondering if you would help lend a hand in helping us clear out the amount of [unassessed articles] tagged with {{WPBiography}}. Many of them are of stub and start class, but a few are of B or A caliber. Getting a simple assessment rating can help us start moving many of these biographies to a higher quality article. Thank you! --Ozgod 22:57, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Assessment from an article page[edit]

Thank you for helping out with the Biography assessment drive. Good news. Outriggr recently designed a script that will cut your biography assessment time down by about ten fold (what took ten hours now may only take one hour with Outriggr's script). For more information, please see the 'assessment from article page' discussion. -- Jreferee 20:19, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, using his script has cut down my time at least 5-fold. W3stfa11/Talk to me 23:49, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Last push for the Biography Assessment Drive[edit]

We've done great work so far on the WikiProject Biography Spring 2007 Assessment Drive, reducing the 135,345 backlog by 38,626 to 96,719 as of March 20, 2007. We have only 6,720 more to go to get below 90,000. That would be outstanding and any extra effort that you can offer in these last few days of the drive (which ends March 24, 2007) would be much appreciated. If you haven't already, you may want to load Outriggr's assessment script in your monobook.js. If you have any questions, please feel free to post them on my talk page. -- Jreferee 23:21, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello; thanks for the WikiProject Biography assessment. As I wrote large chunks of the Hick article, I'm more than interested to hear any comments you might have about what would need to be done to get it up to B standard. I know it's lacking a photo, which is a perennial problem with living people, but what else do you think needs to be improved to get to B standard at least? Thanks. Loganberry (Talk) 23:21, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is not really a Biography problem, but the Duncan Phyfe stub (which Triviaa created) caused me to search for other notable American furniture makers, authors, dealers, etc. All these people are biographical and none of them are present in Wikipedia. I wrote a note to talk in "Duncan Phyfe" that lists a few: John and Thomas Seymour, Nancy McClelland, Israel Sack, etc. I am volunteering to help fix this, since I have considerable knowledge and reference material at hand on this subject. But this requires more than Biography. There is really a whole area of American decorative arts or decorative arts in general that is absent from Wikipedia. I am interested in whether this project is of interest to anyone else and would accept any useful advice on getting going on such an effort. I am not a registered member/user, but may be contacted at [email protected]. Naturally, I will register before trying to make any significant contributions. Thanks for reading. 68.55.164.69 02:36, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[email protected][reply]

Stub assessments[edit]

Hi there. I notice you do a fair bit of assessment on articles. Please keep in mind the definition of a stub per WP:STUB: "A stub is an article containing only a few sentences of text which is too short to provide encyclopedic coverage of a subject, but not so short as to provide no useful information." You marked Robert Birchall as a stub, but it's certainly not a stub, especially since it made WP:DYK (DYK articles cannot by definition, be stubs). Needing Wiki contribution assistance![edit]

Hello Triviaa,

I am looking for an experienced Wikipedian to contribute an article for our band Mr. Meeble. I have checked and we meet the Wikipedia "notability" guidelines for a band. We have a very basic Wikipedia article written already, but I know that someone like yourself may be able to point out our formatting errors and critical omissions. You can hear our music and see our videos here:

Let me know if you would be willing to help!

Typo[edit]

Don't you just hate it when you fix a typo in an article and make a typo in the edit summary? I do it all the time and invariably notice it just after I click on Save. Thanks for fixing the typo in the Fillion article.--Bbb23 (talk) 22:01, 30 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Global account[edit]

Hi Triviaa! As a Steward I'm involved in the upcoming unification of all accounts organized by the Wikimedia Foundation (see m:Single User Login finalisation announcement). By looking at your account, I realized that you don't have a global account yet. In order to secure your name, I recommend you to create such account on your own by submitting your password on Special:MergeAccount and unifying your local accounts. If you have any problems with doing that or further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page. Cheers, —DerHexer (Talk) 23:16, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Notice

The article A Makeover Story has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Despite the show's length, I cound find no good sources at all, just "Local X to appear on A Makeover Story" fluff pieces and press releases. This has been unsourced since 2008 and is unlikely to ever improve

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
