There's an user that has recently started to add notes and opinions of a non professional writer on all the most famous albums articles from the 70's, 80's, 90's. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Albums#Piero_Scaruffi_-_Final_Verdict_on_using_him_as_a_source_in_reviews I presume, next in line, he'll add it to the Oasis albums. Your signature / timestamp[edit]
Hi there. I noticed when you made a request at WP:RFPP that you seem to be manually adding the timestamp to your posts. For example, on the post i've just linked to, your signature says 23:30 28th January, when the actual time was 05:30 28th Jan. Looking through some of your other talk page edits, I think you're adjusting your signature time to your local time? If that's the case, can you please not do that, and just use the four tildes ~~~~ method. It's important that everyone uses the same timezone on an international site like this one, otherwise it gets very hard to work out from a signature when someone has left a comment and the order that a discussion happened in. Querying an edit of yours[edit]
Hi, this edit seems to re-introduce a whole lot of undesirable features, including overlinking. Rationalising wikilinks makes it a little more likely that readers might actually click on them—this is long-established practice. Do we have to have hashes instead of "No." for albums? (We unwilling accept this for comic books, but this is the first time I've heard of it for albums.) There's a deceptive link for audio engineer (better that than "engineer").

Removing "studio albums" from discography sections[edit]
Please stop removing the header "Studio albums" from discography sections, as you did in edits such as these [1] [2]. There is a purpose for this header in these sections: Sure, "we all know" and take for granted—as Wikipedia editors who frequently work on these articles—that where there is a hatnote to a separate discography article, the section only lists studio albums, but we can't expect every reader of the encyclopedia to know that intuitively. If a general reader comes across a "Discography" section in an article and sees "for more information, see x discography" but then sees a list of releases below it, they'll likely wonder why some albums are being listed in the section while others are excluded. The small header "Studio albums" communicates to a reader what the content of the list is: Just the artist's studio albums, so they should see the discography article for other releases. This is a form of summary style, and since the "Studio albums" header is used in many articles I ask that you please discuss it with other editors before you go around removing it. --IllaZilla (talk) 15:15, 21 July 2015 (UTC)

- IllaZilla, unless you can show me there's some kind of guideline explaining the header "studio albums" needs to be in the discography sections, I see no point in you reverting all of my edits just so it can fit your point of view. I noticed you only added these header sections to articles that I've edited on. Why not add this to every discography section? That's not the case here. I think most general readers would know studio albums belong in the main discography section. Can you tell me why there's no "studio albums" header for Bob Dylan's or Michael Jackson's article? Pollinator (album)[edit]
To further explain my revert of you at Pollinator (album), which was done primarily to send you a message as I was not sure a talk page message was necessary, I would not supply an extra reference in the note parameter if it were not necessary. To avoid writing entirely manual markup that will just be changed later (! scope="row"| Austrian Albums<ref></ref> in this case), I add a temporary reference before the site the template uses (austriancharts.at, in this case) updates. Please check that the main source has updated if you remove these temporary references. I am quite sure that at the time you removed the source from the article, the main source had not updated, which left the peak unverified for a matter of time. Is/Are[edit]
When referring to a collective, 'is' not are is correct British English (although 'are' is increasingly tolerated). So, for example, The 1975 is one band. Consequently, it is referred to in the singular. (BTW 'self-titled' means only that the band, not the record company, say, chose the title of their album. The correct word is 'eponymous'.)

Removal of hatnote without explanation[edit]
Please don't remove disambiguation hatnotes as you did here with the one at the Oasis (band) article.
Was there any justification for this? The only explanation I can guess at is that it was semi-broken- i.e. the link may have gone to the top of the dab page rather than the music section (due to title changes breaking the subsection link)- but this still isn't a reason for its complete removal.

"Discography" section in infobox[edit]
You have undid my edit of me adding a new section to the infobox. I have seen many bands getting this new type of addition added to the infobox then get taken down by other professional editers on Wikipedia, which makes me wonder that this supposed newest addition to the infobox is ultimately not needed.
