A warning - there are companies that purport to create articles for clients. Some are outright scams. Others may not be competent. Either way, the editors will need to declare that they are being paid. This is allowed, but there is a bias among Reviewers toward paid editing. You can still attempt this in small steps. In your Sandbox, write a sentence that contains facts essential to the planned article. Create a reference immediately following. When satisfied, cut/paste into the draft. @David notMDActually he is playing in the top level in his country, if this is not considered as a top level in any other countries so there is nothing to do, and there is a few of his team mates already has wikipedia pages so I guess there is no rule, its just about knowing the tricks to create one. For example below is a google links that has too many news about him (only him) which means he is already a public figure in his country plus he is already added to the football transfermarket.
