User page content[edit]

See WP:UP for guidelines on what does and does not belong on a User page. It is not a place to create a page about oneself and ones family, as you have begun to do. I recommend that you delete all personal information. Instead, have a few sentences about what your intentions are as a Wikipedia editor. David notMD (talk) 12:15, 2 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

ColinFine gave excellent advice at Teahouse, in response to your second query. David notMD (talk) 12:20, 2 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

So what specifically does a user page need to have that isn't inappropriate?🤷🏾‍♂️ Sonwabiso Pongoshe (talk) 17:50, 3 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It doesn't NEED to have anything but the content should relate to your Wikipedia contributions not your personal life see WP:USERPAGE for more help. Theroadislong (talk) 18:24, 3 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
