If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. As you have written the page about yourself(which is generally discouraged, see above, but it is done now) you shouldn't be the one to decide if any POV issues are resolved.
