Request to move a page created by me.

Hi buddy, I saw you have created many pages related to Indian Politics. I am a new commer here and I also have created a new page for famous Indian Gaming Streamer Dynamo Gaming. I have provided the best possible knowledge related to him and his channel in the article. So I request you to go through the page and see my work. If you think it is good then please move it and make it official so that common audience can read and get to know more about him in the best possible way. Waiting for your positive response.

Regards, EditWiki45 (talk) 10:55, 9 July 2021 (UTC)

I appreciate your work and i hope that you will stay here. I have seen your draft, i strongly recommend you add reliable source to support your topic. Mostly pages which was created on Youtubers are deleted. Your draft doesn't have much information about the topic. I recommend you to read this Wikipedia:WikiProject YouTube/Notability. Your draft is not ready for submission yet. I'm worry that if I move your draft to mainspace, it will be tagged for deletion. Read this to know about how to submit a draft for review. Only sumit draft for review when it has reliable source and meet the general notability guideline. Nitesh003 (talk) 15:20, 9 July 2021 (UTC)

Hi, I have made many changes to the article and added all possible details. If you think it is OK then please move it and if you think that there is still room for necessary improvement then plz tell me. I am asking this to you as you are senior to me. Please guide me. Regards, EditWiki45 (talk) 04:05, 10 July 2021 (UTC)

The page is Dynamo Gaming EditWiki45 (talk) 04:06, 10 July 2021 (UTC)

I have seen your draft, it lack in line citations and you provided only two references to support your article's notability topic. I strongly recommend you to add more reliable sources ans in line citations to show the notability of your draft. I have noticed that you copied text from an external website [1] and pasted it into your draft which was reverted by a admin because it was against the policy of Wikipedia and then you this again and changed some words (it's not fair). You have to write Wikipedia in your own language from reliable sources. Please solve the above issues. Nitesh003 (talk) 05:31, 10 July 2021 (UTC)

Done Nitesh003 I have applied all your suggestions. Plz go through the article once and tell me what lacks here EditWiki45 (talk) 13:11, 10 July 2021 (UTC)

I strongly recommend you to write career section of your draft in your own language instead of coping from an external website (this one [2]) (you just changed few words) it was against the policy of Wikipedia. After that I will fix some things in your draft. Nitesh003 (talk) 14:43, 10 July 2021 (UTC)

Done Nitesh003 I did what you suggested. Now plz do your part and fix the things in my draft. EditWiki45 (talk) 15:42, 10 July 2021 (UTC)

Edits made by me on Chirag Paswan

Please go through the Constitution of the Lok Janshakti Party, it is clearly mentioned that the party president can be changed only under two circumstances. 1st the current president dies. 2nd the current president resigns on his own And the new president should also be chosen by the current president only. And secondly, only the parliamentary committee of the party has the right to choose who will be the leader of the house and in absence of the committee this power lies only in the hands of the party president to choose the leader of the house. And the current parliamentary committee was dissolved by the President back in February. So the decision taken by lok sabha leader is also under question now please tell me where an i wrong.? EditGodGuru45 (talk) 15:00, 17 June 2021 (UTC)

You are new here. He is no more LJP President and LS leader of LPJ. You can't decide what is wrong? and what is right?. Everything is added according to source and if you keep removing sourced content, this will be seen as vandalism. You can use article's talk page if you are not sure about your edit. I leave a warning on your talk page for your recent edit, it's better for you to reply there instead of creating a new section on my talk page. It's not wrong but discussion can take place only at one place not at two places for same matter. Nitesh003 (talk) 15:26, 17 June 2021 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Next Bhutanese National Assembly election requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://amp.ww.en.freejournal.org/15782215/1/national-assembly-bhutan.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Onel5969 TT me 16:10, 22 July 2021 (UTC)

Wrong use of WP:NOINDICSCRIPT

Hi, I believe you incorrectly applied WP:NOINDICSCRIPT here. The person (Adnan Azad Asif) is from Bangladesh (not India). WP:NOINDICSCRIPT clearly says: This avoidance of Indic scripts only applies to articles that are predominantly India-related and is excluded from, among others, articles about Hinduism, Buddhism, or any of India's neighbouring countries. --আফতাবুজ্জামান (talk) 01:50, 8 September 2021 (UTC)

Kindly see e.g. Wikipedia_talk:Noticeboard_for_India-related_topics/Archive_70#WP:NOINDICSCRIPT_question. --আফতাবুজ্জামান (talk) 01:58, 8 September 2021 (UTC)
@আফতাবুজ্জামান That was a mistake. Maybe I forgot to see the name of the country. I know where to avoid writing Indic scripts and I accidentally deleted the script from the wrong article, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Nitesh003(TALK) 02:39, 8 September 2021 (UTC)

Hey Nitesh003, I found that you have marked this user https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Atharv_Bakshi to do not do unconstructive edits on Wikipedia. Recently this user made multiple unconstructive changes on Mamata Banerjee page. I undid his changes. You may block this user or contact the concerned authority to block him. Pending changes reviewer granted

Hello. Your account has been granted the "pending changes reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on pages protected by pending changes. The list of articles awaiting review is located at Special:PendingChanges, while the list of articles that have pending changes protection turned on is located at Special:StablePages.

Being granted reviewer rights neither grants you status nor changes how you can edit articles. If you do not want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time.

Rollback granted

Hi Nitesh003. After reviewing your request, I have temporarily enabled rollback on your account until 2021-07-20. Keep in mind these things when using rollback:

  • Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
  • Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
  • Rollback should never be used to edit war.
  • If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
  • Use common sense.

If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into trouble or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Seddon talk 00:43, 20 June 2021 (UTC)

New articles

Hi Nitesh. Thanks for the new articles on state elections. A few tips:

  • Parties should be ordered in the table and infobox by the number of votes (with independents always listed last)
  • You can add the rejected votes to the results table using |invalid=
  • Add the state elections template at the bottom of the article (e.g. {{Assam elections}})
  • Add state election year categories, e.g. Category:2018 State Assembly elections in India

I've made these changes to (e.g.) 1994 Goa Legislative Assembly election. Cheers, Number 57 20:30, 21 July 2021 (UTC)

Thanks for sharing these tips with me. I'll try my best to improve India's election related articles. Nitesh003 (talk) 10:12, 22 July 2021 (UTC)

Also, if you have the |invalid= figure, you don't need to use |totalvotes as this will be automatically calculated. Number 57 11:08, 22 July 2021 (UTC)
Ok Nitesh003 (talk) 11:14, 22 July 2021 (UTC)

Hello again. Just noticed that the parties in the 1972 Haryana Legislative Assembly election are not sorted by vote order. Could you fix this? Also, it's not a good idea to edit this template using Visual Editor as it leaves the code in a mess for anyone else that wants to edit it in future. Cheers, Number 57 20:18, 28 July 2021 (UTC)

I've fixed it. Nitesh003 (talk) 04:57, 29 July 2021 (UTC)

Regarding "Major Gaurav Arya"

See, this page is a notable material, like G. D. Bakshi and also Dhruv Rathee and many more. for instance "Dhruv rathee" has only 9,91,000 results on web compared to much larger 46,30,000 results of Gaurav Arya. so this page totally comes under WP:NOTE. if you still dont believe then open this discussion again.Pyaarkarona (talk) 14:17, 30 September 2021 (UTC)

You can contest the nomination by explaining why you believe that your article should not be deleted. Currently your article doesn't cite any reliable source expect this [3] and last time it was deleted after a discussion. Nitesh003(TALK) 14:29, 30 September 2021 (UTC)

I have declined your speedy deletion nomination of Gaurav Arya, because it's not at all related to the article deletion after discussion, which was about a different person of the same name. The article Next Maharashtra Legislative Assembly election has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

WP:AFC Helper News

Hello! I wanted to drop a quick note for all of our AFC participants; nothing huge and fancy like a newsletter, but a few points of interest.

  • AFCH will now show live previews of the comment to be left on a decline.
  • The template {{db-afc-move}} has been created - this template is similar to {{db-move}} when there is a redirect in the way of an acceptance, but specifically tells the patrolling admin to let you (the draft reviewer) take care of the actual move.

Short and sweet, but there's always more to discuss at WT:AFC. Stop on by, maybe review a draft on the way? Whether you're one of our top reviewers, or haven't reviewed in a while, I want to thank you for helping out in the past and in the future.
