American Airlines Flight 11 was American Airlines' morning, daily scheduled transcontinental flight, from Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts to Los Angeles International Airport in Los Angeles, California. On Tuesday, September 11, 2001, the aircraft flying this route—a Boeing 767-223ER—was hijacked by five al-Qaeda terrorists, and deliberately crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City, as part of the September 11 attacks. Fifteen minutes into the flight, the hijackers forcibly breached the cockpit, and overpowered the pilot and first officer. Mohamed Atta, an al-Qaeda member and trained pilot, took over the controls. Air traffic controllers noticed the flight was in distress when the crew stopped responding to them. They realized the flight had been hijacked when Atta mistakenly transmitted announcements for passengers to air traffic control. On board, Amy Sweeney and Betty Ong contacted American Airlines, and provided information about the hijackers and injuries to passengers and crew. The aircraft crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center at 08:46 local time; the impact killed all 92 people aboard. Many people in the streets witnessed the collision, and the Naudet brothers captured the impact on video, as did Pavel Hlava, along with Fox 8 news reporter Mark Burnback. The impact and subsequent fire caused the North Tower to collapse, which resulted in thousands of additional casualties. During the recovery effort at the World Trade Center site, workers recovered and identified dozens of remains from Flight 11 victims, but many other body fragments could not be identified. (more...)

Japanese Mahjong yaku

San kantsu (three quads) is not a yakuman hand. That means you cannot distinguish three (san, 三) and four (sū, 四) that are printed on the tiles and often used in the Japanese yaku names, or you are so careless.

Game strategies

You cannot write strategies of mahjong in the articles, because Wikipedia is not a manual, guidebook or textbook. Moreover, what is not referenced can be challenged or deleted anytime. If you like to have some strategies, you would be able to do it in your own website, for example. WP:NOTHOWTO above says wikiHow and Wikibooks are suited.

As to the ready hand, the section of Advantages and risks can be deleted, which was first written by some other editors. I'll leave that section for now if it helps. Copying into Wikia and/or other Wikis

So, what's the "policy" regarding copying some text into anime related Wikia, or other Wiki based sites? Would there be a problem at all upon doing this? The advantage is two-fold: (1) copy-text may serve as a back up to the original article(s), and (2) writing styles within Wikia do not necessarily need to conform with Wikipedia:Fiction and other Wikipedia policies, which may impose a limit on related content. This is particularly true for anything related to in-universe writing. In any case, this inquiry is simply wondering about the prospect of copying Wikipedia text elsewhere. Fan speculation edits on Future Diary

I having a problem with user Innermokaluv at the Future Diary article. Innermokaluv keeps putting on the article that the Future Diary Redial OVA is non-canon. I keep telling the user that unless there's facts from the official sources that says the OVA is non-canon, this is nothing more than fan speculation. Sorry to bother you again. I'm afraid user Innermokaluv is at it again at the Future Diary article but this time he/she is trying to make the OVA sound like some comedy spin-off when actually the funny scenes are very few with most of the OVA being drama. Mahjong Soul moved to draftspace

I know that generally, an editor's comments should not be altered by others. However, there is always the exception that proves the rule. I've amended your comments at WT:AV#Ryanair Flight 4978 to make the notice of the move discussion neutral. This is to avoid any suggestion of WP:CANVASSING, which I'm sure was not your intention. It is always better just to say that there is a discussion going on about whatever the subject is and leave a link to the relevant discussion.
