If you want to revert my change at 2019-20 San Jose Sharks season? I've no problem. At least, you're communicating with me. GoodDay (talk) 18:33, 1 July 2019 (UTC)

Rollback

Hi. I noticed you used Rollback to revert an edit at Wikipedia:Community response to the Wikimedia Foundation's ban of Fram. I'm assuming that was a mistake (a misclick or something), and I'm just letting you know I've reverted it back. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 11:02, 8 July 2019 (UTC)

Got your message, thanks - it's easy to do. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 11:03, 8 July 2019 (UTC)

A World Championship final is a “normal” match? Have you ever played a world championship final? Do you know all the effort made by these ladies to play and/or to score in a World Championship final? Hi Kante4 I think the order of the females top scores published by FINA wasn’t random, and there’s no reason to put them in alphabetical order. Yumi Arima was tied to Greta Gurisatti with 18 goals, but Arima score them in 5 matches for 7 matches Gurissatti and for this reason she was ahead Gurissati in the final ranking. Same thing applies to other players tied in numbers of goals... They also consider if it was a regular goal or a penalty shot goal.(talk) 21:55, 27 July 2019 (UTC)

Why do you have to mention club nationality in football

It is a shameful and pity. Why don't guys to that for basketball or American football. Jozamba (talk) 01:17, 27 July 2019 (UTC)

FIBA attendances

Hi, Kante. Where do you get the information about the attendances? I can't find them. In addition, do you know to look at the numbers for the 2018–19 Basketball Champions League? Thank you! Asturkian (talk) 07:45, 4 August 2019 (UTC)

Hi. Sorry for disturbing you again, but I can't find the attendances for last season's regular season game. The option of "Live score widget" only shows the bar that appears in the website. Are there still available? Asturkian (talk) 10:46, 4 August 2019 (UTC)

Volodymyr Kholopov moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Volodymyr Kholopov, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Romanian first names

Hi. Thank you for your edit on 2019 World Rowing. I often try to edit the first and last names of Romanian athletes and rowers (adding accents, ç, and comma under the t) but I also know that most of the sources, even in Romanian, are not very accurate in the spelling. I do not speak Romanian (you too ?), but there are 2 questions without answers:

  • is it compulsory to put an hyphen between the 2 first names ?
  • is it compulsory to put the 2 first names or one first name is enough ?

Your edit consists of replying to these 2 questions. Have you sources about that ? Yours.-Arorae (talk) 15:39, 8 September 2019 (UTC)

thanks for the reply but Romanian names (sourced) is much better than a Google search, especially when you notice that Romanians are not very accurate about that rules. The middle name seems to be not compulsory.-Arorae (talk) 15:47, 8 September 2019 (UTC)
after checking with Mihaita Vasile himself (on Messenger), it appears there is no hyphen between the two first names and he uses not Mihaita but the short Mihai as an usual first name. The FISA (not very accurate with names, no accents and so, oeoe instead of öö, etc) put the hyphen for data reasons (distinguish first names from last names). The hyphens in these cases are improper.-Arorae (talk) 17:25, 8 September 2019 (UTC)

63kg division, 2019 AIBA WCh

Hi there - I see you moved this article after the draw sheets were published. I believe that's a screw-up on AIBA's part as they call it light and light welter in the documents they published yesterday (respective examples here and here). Since the division is light in both the 2020 qualification system and the 2019 WCh handbook, may I suggest the article go back to its original location?

Also, they're calling the 57kg division bantam or feather depending on what document you read (the latter is the correct term, so that page is fine where it is). Edvid (talk) 00:17, 9 September 2019 (UTC)

Age-group medals

I hide age-group medals in the summary boxes because they are "developmental" prizes and, unlike senior/level medals, generally not an overall goal in their own right. If, however, they're made visible again then I leave those particular ones alone thereafter. Edvid (talk) 16:19, 9 September 2019 (UTC)

Fair enough, I'll leave them alone. Edvid (talk) 16:47, 9 September 2019 (UTC)

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! JMHamo (talk) 13:06, 23 October 2019 (UTC)

2019–20 San Jose Sharks season

I noticed that the "pts" parameter (not sure what it's called exactly) is missing from the Sharks regular season game log. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be there for this season or not. I thought I'd ask you for your opinion before any edits are made. Yowashi (talk) 07:42, 25 October 2019 (UTC)

I think it should be added so that it's consistent with prior seasons. Yowashi (talk) 08:54, 25 October 2019 (UTC)

NFL Game book

Hey, saw you reverted my edit to the 2019 Green Bay Packers article. I haven't been editing the NFL articles on here for too long, so I'm not sure which one's correct.

I used the same game book as you, but my times are from the "scoring plays" section on the first page. I'm just wondering which timing should be used. The times from the play by play section reflect the time at which the ball was snapped for the scoring play, while the timing in the scoring plays section reflects the time at which the score happened. I've previously seen edits (example changing from the snap timing to the score timing, so that's why I started doing the same, assuming people used a different source, like NFL.com which also gives the snap timing for the score. Is there a consensus on which timing to use? KristofferAG (talk) 21:40, 12 November 2019 (UTC)

Asked the question on the WP:NFL talk page here if you want to pitch in. Appreciate the quick response! KristofferAG (talk) 22:11, 12 November 2019 (UTC)

Compradely Tournament

Hi, can I mention the victory in friendly tournaments with national teams in the "International Career" section?Or is it generally impossible to add friendly tournaments?

Google Code-In 2019 is coming - please mentor some documentation tasks!

Hello,

Google Code-In, Google-organized contest in which the Wikimedia Foundation participates, starts in a few weeks. This contest is about taking high school students into the world of opensource. I'm sending you this message because you recently edited a documentation page at the English Wikipedia.

I would like to ask you to take part in Google Code-In as a mentor. That would mean to prepare at least one task (it can be documentation related, or something else - the other categories are Code, Design, Quality Assurance and Outreach) for the participants, and help the student to complete it. Please sign up at the contest page and send us your Google account address to [email protected], so we can invite you in!

From my own experience, Google Code-In can be fun, you can make several new friends, attract new people to your wiki and make them part of your community.

If you have any questions, please let us know at [email protected].

Thank you!
