Hello, no problerm with deletion of the page Ante Jurić (footballer born in 1934. I forget to ask it myself. I create the page today, and forget to shut the ")" in the name page ! Then I create again with the correct spelling Ante Jurić (footballer born in 1934). Please go on this and correct my very poor English. Take note that if I create the page it is because I find a "bad link" in the list "Category:Yugoslavia international footballers". The former link goes to the Australian player also called Ante Jurić. Do ypou see my Nickname ? It's, between other, because I love the "green Island" (despite an "N" too short). Friendly. Shanon11, Hi and greetings from Ireland. I have spent time with the Irish Army in Kosovo and Macedonia and I have visited on holidays Croatia and Montenegro, all lovely place! The only reason I asked for deletion was because I noticed two pages (the correct one and the mis-spelled one). There is no need to re-create a page if you make a mistake in the title, we simply "Move" the page to the correct title (see WP:Moving a page in case this ever happens again. Qazwsx777, Hi and thank you for the article. I reviewed the article on New Page Patrol and found it to be good. To rate the article class I use WP:Rater - an automated tool that assesses each article (you can use this yourself when creating article if you wish to add it via preferences) the only thing I could suggest is expanding and re-assessing - have a look at Maidenhead Bridge (a B Class article) for ideas maybe on points that could be added to the article you created. There is nothing to prohibit you from re-creating such a page, but please make sure you say it in your own words, Al Jazeera etc., can be referenced but not quoted word for word - see WP:COPYVIO. A point to also note is that notability of a subject is not inherited (just being the son/daughter of a famous person doesn't make them notable), you have to establish their own notability with reilable 3rd party sources see WP:GNG. Folding shopping cart

Hi Joseywales1961! I noticed you removed the page I created today, "Folding shopping cart," and now it redirects to "Shopping cart." A folding shopping cart and a shopping cart are two different things; the former is used by people without a vehicle to carry their groceries home; the latter is supplied by supermarkets to their customers for use inside their premises. I decided to create this page precisely because there is nothing about folding shopping carts on Wikipedia. I know the article was unreferenced, but that's because I couldn't get any information about this type of cart from "authoritative" sources. --OndinaPDX (talk) 00:24, 29 January 2021 (UTC)

Hi Braddp186k please note that the sources to interviews with the subject and the official website are Primary sources, IMDb is not considered a reliable source as its content is user generated. For a Biogrpahy of a living person to remain in the main article space and not in draft it should have at least one reliable, secondary source (I would suggest something such as a quality newspaper or major news network mentioning him and his work in detail), there is less chance of the article being deleted while it is a draft being sorted out, whereas if it remained in article space it could attract a deletion very quickly. Your tag - Laurel Dash Stakes

You added a tag to this new article saying it needed more footnotes. I have to assume you are unaware that there is in fact only one legally authorized source for referencing any Thoroughbred race in the United States (and Canada), that being the racetrack. The Federal government can ban gambling like they did to the Irish Hospitals' Sweepstake years ago. The reason being is due to certain States' rights that gives the track sole jurisdiction for race conditions because it operates under Gaming laws. Note: the new President Biden law will help in that an American entity (the NTRA was created for that purpose years ago but could not get the states to agree) can get the long-sought, and badly-needed, nation-wide control over doping regulations and suspensions. Since 1976, the individual racetracks across the country all submit race results to Equibase Co, LLC who advise viewers to their website this: "Welcome to Equibase.com, your official source for horse racing results". Hence, the very first reference in the Laurel Dash Stakes article is exactly that (one can, or in some instances thre is no choice, use the racetrack itself, i.e. [1]. Other refs in the article are reporting on what info the racetrack itself or Equibase makes public for the media who can then add their own onsite commentary. As such, additional references added to Wikipedia articles are for our info and viewing pleasure that, in this specific and unique area, meets Wikipedia generous requirements. Stretchrunner, Thank you for the information about US racing (we must be very liberal here in Ireland!) My concern wasn't that the page was poorly referenced, what I would normally see in reviewing new artilces (albeit rarely US racing articles) is inline citations supporting individual claims such as speed records and wins by jockeys, of course those references could, and usually are, used as references elsewhere in the page. Thanks. We don't put in individual references for the Race Records as they are taken from the table which has the information from the racetrack or Equibase, or the track's offical chart which in the old days was telegraphed to the Associated Press for media distribution. Here is a link to one of the official charts from a full racecard with all individual races in for that day.[2]. We do try to always put references in the article when making a statement about something beyond what the table provides.

P.S. I'm old enough to remember when some people in my small town waited for the "Irish Hospital Sweeptakes" to come out each year but only whispered about such terrible illegal activity! I had planned a visit last year to several parts of Europe I've never been to before. It would have included Ireland but COVID-19 halted that until at least this fall. Deletion of Pinxton and Seslton railway station

Hi Joeseywales1961, could I ask you to please change the speedy deletion to instead the latter Pinxton and Selston article then the Pinxton and Selston railway station article as all pages on wikipedia covering railways stations need the term railway station in their articles if talking about that one article. As someone could misinform themselves that Pinxton and Selston alone could mean a civil parish or a neighbourhood. RailwayJG, Hi, I noticed that, but the pre-existing article would stay, but, when the 2nd article is deleted we can move the original to that name as it will be freed up. (If it happens again when creating an article with a wrong name/typo etc, you you actually move the page yourself to a new name rather than creating an identical article - see WP:Moving a page, I'll watch out for this one and change names later. HiKarrotfan22 Would you consider adding your content to the Nickelodeon article, it is usually considered best practice to keep the original article which could then be expanded with new material such as yours explaining about the networks owning Nicleodeon. I don't get to decide if it stays, my role is only checking new pages for possible problems (such as happened to yours) an administrator will make the final call on whether to keep or delete your article. Even if it is deleted you can get your text given back to you if you want to re-work it somewhere else. If that happens and you want the text let me know here.
