Per WP:CHECKUSER checkusers do not perform checks to disprove a sockpuppetry claim("On some Wikimedia projects, an editor's IP addresses may be checked upon their request, typically to prove innocence against a sockpuppet allegation. Such checks are not allowed on the English Wikipedia and such requests will not be granted.") It is a ginourmous red flag when a new account runs to ask to edit an article or topic that is already a target of sockpuppets. If you aren't one, you will have to convince another administrator of your reasons for wanting to edit about that particular topic, and likely will have to agree to abandon editing about that topic, to have any chance at being unblocked.
