Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. If you are asking about your account receiving ECP, it's 500 edits and 30 days registered on Wikipedia (see WP:ECP). If you're asking to have your userpage ECP-protected (so that only those with ECP can edit it) you should go to WP:RFPP. If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, or Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. Your request was removed by a reviewing admin, as it was a) placed in the wrong place and b) declined. Protection is only added to pages that have undergone significant vandalism. Extended-confirmed protection is almost certainly not going to be added to a userpage, and if it was, would also mean that you would be unable to edit it - as you are not extended-confirmed.
