Banknote Specification Table[edit]

Hello Hydloc009!
A banknote specification table has been set up by our folks at WikiProject Numismatics. There are guidelines on how the banknote tables are to be presented and how the images of notes should be scaled down. This can be found here. I have been following these and editing the Indian banknotes table but you are editing them again to resize the images making them look bigger, not complying to the specifications. I hope you get this and revert the tables to comply with the specifications or would not attempt to edit the tables if they are already reverted by the time you see this message.

@AkshayAnand, banknote images are not necessary to be to a scale if not uploaded in actual size, see United States dollar for instance. thank you Hydloc009 (talk)

A probable mistake[edit]

Removal of infobox paramters at Bihar and Kerala state articles[edit]

Please do not continue to delete |image_skyline= and attendant parameters under the impression that they can only be used for city skylines, unless you can quote a policy or guideline that contradicts the note at {{Infobox settlement}} that allows its use in other situations. |image_skyline= means skyline of a location and it is intended for use on city articles, where skyline of the city can be shown. While Bihar and Kerala are state articles (State of India), skyline must not be added, as it is not added on any country/province/state articles. Would you tell me exactly what part of the manual of style deals with template parameter usage? I don't recall the MOS addressing such detail, or refer me to that part of the MOS which forbids its usage indirectly (such as specifying how many or what types of images can be used). The fact that |image_skyline= isn't used on some state pages doesn't by itself forbid its use on others, if editors of those other pages decide to use it that way. Now you're saying {{Infobox settlement}} says it's only for cities but it's written there "as well as other administrative districts, counties, provinces, et cetera—in fact, any subdivision below the level of a country..." Nor does the para skyline add anything. We still have no clue what you're referring to or where. Even if it said so, it has to be based some guideline since anyone can change the template documentation without consensus.

Finally, have a look at WP:CONSENSUS and WP:EDITWAR. We use consensus here. I've provided on both articles links to previous discussions, one of the main signs that the person making the changes should take to talk page first. Repeatedly undoing just edit warring and I've to do the courtesy of notifying you on avoding reaching WP:3RR since you've probably aren't aware of it. If you understood what a skyline means, skyline shows images of the city/town articles. Skyline cannot be used on provinces/states/regions articles.
