July 2014[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Transponder timing may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

Information icon Hello, I'm Classicwiki. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to Kappa Alpha Psi— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. Thanks. Other account?[edit]

Hlevy2 I was just wondering what is your main account, since I cannot find a link? Thanks, Qwerty number1 (talk) 20:39, 10 December 2018 (UTC).[reply]

  • In 2014 you wrote on your userpage: "I use this account when I travel." You did not declare your main account. Since that time, you have been asked at least twice to declare your main account, which you are required to do. Each time you ignored the request. In the years you've had this account, you have made 200+ edits. Many of them have been to project space. I expect a response to my comments here.--Bbb23 (talk) 14:29, 14 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Bbb23: looks like they never responded? At least not here. And they just used this account to !vote in EvergreenFir's RfA. @Hlevy2:, what's the other account or accounts? Please respond promptly or I'm going to have to take some kind of action here. - CorbieVreccan 22:17, 15 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sockdrawer?

I'm now seeing a handful of SPAs all editing this same Basil King (painter and poet) article, along with this account. All of these took turns submitting the draft version until it finally went through, then all of them edited it. Um... Hlevy2 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log), anything you want to tell us? - CorbieVreccan 22:59, 15 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The edits from the above SPAs are too stale for checkuser, but I think it shows a willingness to sock. Looking at editing patterns, I'm seeing definite overlaps with indeffed user Racepacket (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log):

@Kudpung: also pinging you as you asked this user to disclose their other account back in 2016. If there's no response I guess we can add this to the SPI, but I'm tempted to just go on the quacking. - CorbieVreccan 00:14, 16 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi - The Basil King page was created (and legitimately denied) in support of a proposed art exhibition for a small museum. I didn’t reply to your queries about my account because I simply didn’t see them. Am not sure I have another account? Any account I have is being used by someone without permission. Hope that helps! Let me know if you need additional info. (But not about Basil King because goodness knows I haven’t thought about him or that museum in years.) - devosdevine — Preceding unsigned comment added by Devosdevine (talkcontribs) 00:45, 16 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Are you saying that this is your talk page? - CorbieVreccan 01:02, 16 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

CorbieVreccan, Sounds to me like the 'little brother' syndrome. They quack so loud, duck them all and get a CU to check for snoring. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 02:36, 16 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

CU confirmed. On it. - CorbieVreccan 19:14, 16 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Clarification: CU confirmed Hlevy2 and Racepacket in same location. Other evidence (heavy overlaps in editing, continued refusal to answer about main account / other accounts) is behavioural. - CorbieVreccan 20:21, 16 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Talk page notices[edit]

Please be careful with how you word talk page notices. Wording like this is a biased presentation of the situation. Please see WP:Canvassing, specifically its commentary on Campaigning. It would be nice if you'd refactor your posting to a more neutral reflection of the proposed merger. Imzadi 1979  00:03, 26 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
