Það er hið besta mál að þú leggir til myndir sem þú átt höfundarrétt að - þótt það virðist reyndar ólíklegt að þú eigir höfundarrétt að myndum sem þú ert sjálfur á, nema rétturinn hafi sérstaklega verið framseldur. En það er ekki nóg að veita Wikipediu einni leyfi til að nota myndirnar. Þær þarf að gefa út undir e-u almennu leyfi - t.d. GFDL-leyfinu en mörg leyfin á http://www.creativecommons.org eru einnig nothæf. Annars er hætt við að myndunum verði eytt. Thanks for uploading File:GissurarsonBerlusconi.jpg, which you've sourced to Gunnar Geir Vigfússon. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
