I don't have any direct relationship with the company. The reason I'm working on the Firmao article as part of my university project is that the company is located near my university. Here are some tips on how you can improve the article:

• Use more secondary references, instead of primary ones.
• Remove external links that seem to be advertising.
• Software and integrations seem to be WP:COI.
• You seem to have a close relation to the subject of the article. Maybe add the coi template?
