Firmao is a software company developing cloud-based Firmao platform[1]. It is an All-in-One company management system featuring tools for customer relationship management (CRM)[2][3], enterprise resource planning (ERP), project management and warehouse management system (WMS).[4][5]

According to a market research of BUZZcenter in 2022 Firmao CRM was the most commonly used polish cloud-based CRM by B2B companies.[6]

Firmao[7] was founded by in 2009.[8][9] Platform launched in 2010 on the Polish market and was expanded in 2013 to German and English ones. Since 2019 Firmao system is available in 12 languages and is selling worldwide. As of 2023, Firmao has over 100,000 paid and free users.[10]


In 2009 the company was founded by Rafał Namieciński, Artur Młodziński and Grzegorz Borkowski receiving EU subsidies.[8][9]

In 2010, the platform was launched on the Polish market.

In 2012, Firmao Polska sp. z o.o. was featured in the e-book “Good Practices of E-services of Projects Co-financed under the 8.1 POIG Action”[3], promoting the most interesting and innovative Polish B2B e-services and technologies.

In the same year, the company established a partnership with Vars sp. z o.o., making Firmao CRM the first Polish online CRM system integrated with a VoIP virtual telephone exchange[4].

Also in 2012, the company's software became the first online software platform in Poland integrated with the IReport reporting system[3].

In 2013, Firmao Polska sp. o.o. began selling its software on the German[5] and English-speaking[6] markets.

In 2014, Firmao Polska sp. z o.o. presented its products at the CeBit IT fair in Hannover[7].

In 2015, Firmao Polska sp. z o.o. integrated its platform with the BaseLinker e-commerce platform integration system[8][9].

In 2019, the platform expanded its operations to another 8 markets (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Croatian, Swedish, Japanese, Ukrainian, and Russian)[10].

In 2022, Firmao Polska sp. z o.o. began cooperation with Buta Group, making Firmao software available on the Turkish[11] and Azerbaijani[12] markets.

Also in that year, the system received the distinction of “Top 20 Fastest Growing CRM Systems in 2022” according to the SaaSworthy portal[13].

In 2023, the platform began sales on markets (Austrian[14], Bulgarian[15], Czech[16], Serbian[17], and Greek[18]), won the 2023 leader award among small and medium-sized businesses from SourceForge[19], and the 2023 leader award from the online service Slashdot[20].

As of 2023, the system produced by Firmao sp. z o.o. is used by over 100,000 paid and free users worldwide[1].

In addition to its headquarters in Poland, the company also has 6 offices around the world[21].
