Çınar Eslek moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Çınar Eslek, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. First of all, I note there is no corresponding article for Ms Eslek (it would be tr:Çınar Eslek) over on the Turkish language Wikipedia. Perhaps you could start it off there? I also note that this draft also includes text substantially identical to the text on Ms Eslek's personal website here. Conflict of interest editing[edit]

Above, you state that you designed part of this individual's website. This would indicate that you are affiliated with them, and have a conflict of interest (and may be engaged in undisclosed paid editing as well). COI editors should not directly create mainspace articles about subjects for which they have the conflict. Rather, create a draft and request review by articles for creation, so that an editor without such a conflict can review it. Even then, you will need to refrain from writing promotional material and ensure to write neutrally, sticking to facts confirmed by reliable and independent sources. This is an artist website. Artists are not for profit. This person is not involved in any commercial activity. The product does not sell either. I wrote the article in an impartial manner. I want to learn how to write a biography for Wikipedia. There wasn't enough press about the first person I tried. Now I decided to write about this artist. Everything is complete, he is famous and there is news about him. Yes, I know him, but there is no conflict of interest between me. How can I write about someone I don't know? @Evrim Ma, Read WP:COI, don’t just reply me here, read our guidelines to create Wikipedia pages. No one is allowed to edit or create articles about themself, family, friends, client, and any type of personal external connection with the subject.

A summary from WP:COI : “COI editing is strongly discouraged on Wikipedia. It undermines public confidence and risks causing public embarrassment to the individuals and companies being promoted. Editors with a COI are sometimes unaware of whether or how much it has influenced their editing.
