Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on "Lakshman Chadalavada" requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. JML1148 (talk | contribs) 10:24, 27 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@JML1148 it's an alternate name for Telugu actor and producer known professionally as Laksh Chadalavada . That is why it was redirected. Thank You. DSN18 (talk) 14:31, 27 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, the reason I tagged it for speedy deletion was because you had blanked the redirect shortly after creation. Also, if it had stayed a redirect, the quotation marks in the title would have caused it to be an implausible redirect and would have likely been deleted through WP:RfD. JML1148 (talk | contribs) 00:30, 28 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@JML1148 Yes. I agree to your observation. and I agree it should be nominated for speedy deletion. Thank you. DSN18 (talk) 03:06, 28 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion discussion about Saharasri[edit]

Hello, DSN18, and welcome to Wikipedia. I edit here too, under the username The9Man, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Saharasri, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Saharasri.

You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|The9Man}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Hi - you invited Strivedi1 to edit a couple of articles. Please could you outline your connection to that person? Thanks. Girth Summit (blether) 14:36, 10 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Girth Summit, The user commented on my article for deletion discussion, I have invited other users too to contribute to my articles. DSN18 (talk) 15:55, 10 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I noticed that - in fact, almost all of their edits after their account was created were to AfD discussions about articles you had created, or to your articles themselves. That struck me as rather odd, especially since you invited them to edit more articles. Are you sure it isn't someone you know - perhaps a work colleague? Girth Summit (blether) 19:56, 10 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hello @Girth Summit, Yes sure, i am not aware of who is this user. DSN18 (talk) 06:40, 11 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello DSN18. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Vinod Bhanushali, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:DSN18. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=DSN18|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. GeneralNotability (talk) 00:13, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Notice

The article Makarand Narwekar has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of satisfying Wikipedia's notability standards. The cited sources aren't substantial coverage of him, and being a local councillor does not constitute notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:00, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Suresh Mukund moved to draftspace[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Suresh Mukund. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it is promotional and reads like an advertisement and you may have a possible Conflict of Interest. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. signed, Rosguill talk 19:32, 14 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
