Nin x Nin: Ninja Hattori-kun, the Movie[edit]

Thanks for your patience in reverting the sock; I know semi protection might have been easier, but I wanted to see if I could get enough IPs to break them down into a few ranges to cover them all. I think I'm close to having Nin x Nin covered by enough partial rangeblocks; those rangeblocks also include some Doraemon-related targets as that seems to be the same individual. Let me know how you think that is working out. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:25, 11 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Traffic (2000 film) and "Peter Andrews"[edit]

Hello. I can see you've reverted my edit to Traffic (2000 film) where I added that "Peter Andrews" is a pseudonym for Steven Soderbergh. Although the body of the article gives that information, I thought it was useful to the casual reader looking at the infobox to see that there isn't actually a cinematographer called Peter Andrews, but that it was Soderbergh himself. I could imagine that a reader could mistakenly use that information on face value. You noted in your edit that the link for Peter Andrews already redirects back to Soderbergh (which I know as well), but a reader would only know about the redirect if they actually followed the link (which is what happened to me originally). That was my motivation in adding the explantory text in the infobox, because I concluded the redirect wasn't actually enough to overcome the impact to the casual reader. (I think this situation is different to "Alan Smithee" which is a better know concept for pseudonyms in movies.) I can see you do good work on reverting, so I wanted to avoid a clash if I revert the article back to what I did. What do you think? Thanks. Seaweed (talk) 09:07, 28 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Nutcracker Prince[edit]

The vandal, whose edits you are reverting on the aforementioned page, is also reverting some other edits by me on related pages. He won't listen despite me having given him multiple warns. Please take some action regarding this. FloorMadeOuttaFloor (Leave me a messageChanges I have made) 05:36, 14 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I ALREADY HAVE. It's called "Report on AIV and wait until the administrators get to it." If I was an administrator, I'd block him straight away. But sadly. I am not.Crboyer (talk) 05:38, 14 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
By the way, the user is a sock of a longtime, constantly blocked editor, well known for unbelievably hostile behavior. A good way to alleviate the e-mail problem is to go under "Preferences" and unclick "Allow e-mails from brand new users." That's what I did when they e-mailed me once with a temper tantrum threat. Academy Awards[edit]

In this edit, you didn't revert vandalism, as those categories were valid at one time. Please be more careful.--Quisqualis (talk) 05:09, 18 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

On the contrary, the Academy Awards page has a list for discontinued categories and Best Director Comedy and Best Director Drama are discontinued categories. And the edit placed them in the current categories list. As in, since 1927/28, instead of being dead categories since those years. Their edit also messed with actual links. Their edit, insinuating that "Best Director of Comedy" and "Best Director of Drama" are current categories, is very much vandalism of the misinformation kind. I was very much careful. Unreverted vandalism[edit]

Hi, you missed one edit while fighting vandalism on page protection noticeboard:

Hand-to-hand combat and martial artist[edit]

Thanks for your revert on Psylocke - that same IP added that to many different articles and I didn't know if I should do a mass revert. 98.32.219.40 (talk) 01:54, 30 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I got super confused with the credits in the original cut (by Richard Williams), I thought Sean Connery voiced Tack The Cobbler until I found the first note, so sorry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C8:9305:5001:755A:B3C3:CB6E:39FC (talk) 17:31, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for December 29[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of submissions for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page NTV. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:58, 29 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You shifted something that shouldn’t of been changed[edit]

Last Night in Soho was produced by a section of Universal(an American company)this being Working Title Films(while it is located in England it is owned by Universal) so it is a part of an American company’s catalogue and thus making it a Hollywood film and American English should be used for the description not British English 67.86.181.105 (talk) 02:28, 6 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your use of rollback[edit]

You seem to be using your rollback privilege for edits that do not meet the strict criteria. Edits that are unnecessary, stupid, incomplete, erroneous, etc. do not qualify. I noticed a recent rollback at Donald Trump where an IP apparently added a signature. That one seemed dubious, but looking at others you've made I think some are outright wrong. Please review the standard and consider your approach. Thanks. SPECIFICO talk 21:39, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
