I read the article, let me pull up some quotes:

Gentle reminder

Hi, Crboyer, just a small reminder that legal threats, even veiled ones, shouldn't be made on Wikipedia and can lead to a block, and saying "there are consequences for libel" as you did in this edit summary, toe uncomfortably close to that line. Obviously, the IP editor in question is not operating in good faith, so this one edit is not a huge deal, but even so, we have mechanisms to deal with that on-wiki, so allusions to "consequences" aren't necessary. Another editor is telling me I am not allowed to revert their removal. This is in the middle of an ongoing discussion at Talk:Donald Trump#Business career - Golf courses. They are saying there is no consensus to include, therefore I am not allowed to restore an edit by another editor. I'm not an expert on the complexities of consensus.
