Fish Image

Hi. I haven't added a graphical key to the image because the numbers are fairly visible already. However, I'd recommend cutting out the individual fish and putting them each in their own image, so they can be added to articles. —Pengo 05:17, 28 July 2007 (UTC)

Portal:Heraldry and vexillology

Hi, Thanks for updating the portal recently. I wonder if I could suggest only using GA/A/FA class articles though, since the portal is supposed to showcase the best articles Wikipedia has on heraldry and vexillology. (I realise the number of such articles is limited at the moment - perhaps WP:HV should have some sort of improvement drive.) In particular a Start-class article with only a couple of external links and no inline citations is currently the selected coat of arms; given that this section has just been added to the portal surely there is a GA/FA coat of arms article which hasn't been featured. Also, regarding the Did you know section, you can look at the assessment log for recently tagged articles, or use the related changes link in the toolbox on Category:Heraldry or Category:Flags or their sub-categories (e.g. like this) to find new articles (new articles have N in front of them). Yes, thanks much for keeping the portal going. However, I wonder if there are enough GA/A/FA class articles to support a selected coat of arms, and a selected flag. (I had suggested the Munich coat of arms article (a GA) for a selected article, but I've been rather distracted with other things to get it updated.) There is however another Wikimedia foundation project called Wikimedia Commons, a central media repository for all free media. I see they've made several vandal edits, but as it's an IP address we can't be sure that it's the same person who got blocked (the IP might have been reassigned).
