No, for many reasons. First, Wikipedia has articles, not biographies or pages, and only about notable people. That means a person must have achievements that have led to other people - with no connection to that person - to publish stuff about them. Those publications become references. See WP:42. See WP:AUTO for why it is very hard to create an article about oneself. Finally, as a Teahouse Host or Mentor, we advise new editors, but do not author or co-author. If you REALLY think you are article-worthy, in a sentence or two on my Talk page, describe the accomplishments that you believe mean that you are famous.
