There are two problems with that:

Quora is user-generated content & is thus not considered a reliable source.
There was no footnote / citation.

Yes, you just Have to send an Email to the official website of microjapan (microjapan-gov.webflow.io) , it may take up a week, with only your name and surname and the country you’re immigrating from (unless you want to have dual citizenship), it may take up a week to review it AstrowszechwiatWKG (talk) 06:29, 2 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
