I am Giovanni Di Stefano and I am only stating what is fact that there is a criminal action originally against Mr Wales and any other person who edited the page and yesterday 7 people were identified by their IP addresses. It is no legal threat just fact and if you think it is not serious wait until at some stage you have a ID Check and then you will understand that defamation is a criminal act. I asked you politely to remove "fraudster" from title and you would have mitigated any sentence. The Wolf of Wall Street, Mike Milken, Asil Nadir all were convicted of far more serious fraud (mine is still subject to appeal) and they do not have the title "fraudster" so I had no choice but to go to court which is a right and not bullying. 178.222.31.106 (talk) 20:26, 2 December 2023 (UTC)

That is your view but I have carried out my duty to the Public Prosecutor and informed you of what is happening and an opportunity to mitigate. I can do no more but I have complied with the requirement and it follows you will also be included in the list of accused. It is not an instant effect it will be when you least expect it as Italian Justice moves slowly but it moves as you will eventually all find out.
