Leipzig River Network moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Leipzig River Network, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Cospudener See moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Cospudener See. Unfortunately, it is not ready for publishing because it has no sources. Your article is now a draft where you can improve it undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Elmidae (talk · contribs) 12:49, 14 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your articles

[edit]

Your articles are interesting and fairly expanded. Now I believe they are hardly getting edited significantly for some years after your last edit and if you feel like it, you could add some more inline citations. Some paragraphs in your last two articles don't have a single source...That's just a personal opinion on the sourcing, else I believe your articles are interesting to read and informative.Paradise Chronicle (talk) 18:01, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Did you know... nomination for Capa House?

[edit]

Hi Andreas Wolf 01! I was curious if you've thought about nominating Capa House for Wikipedia:Did you know. It looks to be long enough & meet other criteria; my only suggestion is to add citations to the Historical value of the Capa House section.

Let me know if you would be interested and/or want help with the nomination! = paul2520 💬 21:35, 24 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Paul! Thank you for your honorary proposal. I've added some citations and made little corrections. I would be glad if this suffice for a nomination. Andreas Wolf 01 (talk) 18:21, 27 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! I nominated it; see Template:Did you know nominations/Capa House.
I will likely defer to you if there is any feedback to address. = paul2520 💬 16:26, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I addressed part of the feedback from the nomination page in this edit. Do you think more should be done?
As you'll see, I found this scan of the Life issue, which is easier to read.
We might have to adjust the "hooks", but I can take care of that (maybe something like "at Capa House (pictured), photographer Robert Capa captured The Picture of the Last Man to Die, of American soldier Raymond J. Bowman"). = paul2520 💬 20:27, 29 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for Capa House

[edit]

On 10 May 2023, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Capa House, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that at Capa House, photographer Robert Capa captured The Picture of the Last Man to Die, of American soldier Raymond J. Bowman? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Capa House. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Capa House), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Your draft article, Draft:Leipzig River Network

[edit]

Hello, Andreas Wolf 01. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, "Leipzig River Network".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. Thank you so much for creating List of arcade galleries in Leipzig. It's certainly one of the most interesting pages that I've seen. Just to make sure that these listings are actually real for people to visit though, I think that each entry should have one citation (those [1] [2]) to the right of the table. If you need help with making citations, let me know. I will help you as soon as possible. CactiStaccingCrane (talk) 14:00, 14 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Leipzig

[edit]

Hi Andreas, I've been handling your import requests re this city ... it just so happens I'll be there this June with my mother on a European trip from Australia, mostly because of Bach but especially for some of the Bachfest! We'll be staying in the zoo area so a lot of the shopping galleries in Leipzig you've translated info about on this wiki will be nearby. :-) If you want to talk more about this, we could either do so here or you can use the "Email this user" feature. Importing isn't exactly mandatory here (though I know it's strongly encouraged on the German Wikipedia); our guideline on translating articles and attribution is here. You can request imports if you like but I actually obtained the import right to deal with very old versions of Wikipedia pages and generally prefer that kind of work. Hi! I enjoyed reading the article you created regarding this street in Leipzig. I noticed that at the bottom of the article, you wrote: "Incorporates information translated from the German Wikipedia)". Editors have actually devised a different way of conveying this information!
