The West Palm Beach mayoral election occurred on March 14, 1995, to elect a mayor for West Palm Beach, Florida. Officially, elections for mayor of West Palm Beach are nonpartisan. Until a strong mayor referendum in March 1991, the city had operated under a council–manager government system since 1919, with the city commissioners choosing the mayor, a mostly ceremonial office that had less power than the city manager. This was the second direct election for mayor of West Palm Beach since the referendum was approved.

The election featured two candidates: incumbent Mayor Nancy M. Graham and City Commissioner Sarah Brack Nuckles. With only two candidates, a runoff would not be possible, as either candidate would receive a majority of the vote. On the day of the election, Graham easily won re-election to a second term as Mayor of West Palm Beach. With a turnout percentage of only 23.2%, she defeated Nuckles by a 76.2%–23.7% margin, garnering 5,935 votes versus the 1,852 votes for Nuckles.
