Mäe was the local head of a "self administered" Generalbezirk Estland, a part of Reichskommissariat Ostland, and he is correctly listed in that article. He was never the head of the Estonian republic, until you find an acceptable source that states that he was, I will remove his name from this template. Note that Quisling is not listed in Template:NorwegianPrimeMinisters either, so for consistency Mäe should not be listed in this template. Martintg 23:29, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
