Article is new enough and long enough, and the hook is cited correctly by a reliable source. However, the information in the introduction is not found anywhere else in the article. All of the information stated in introductory paragraphs have to be cited and found elsewhere in the article, because intro paragraphs are simply a summary of the article (see WP:LEAD).
