User:OCGOP added innacurate information regarding a political endorsement, linking to a list of endorsees for a candidate that does not include Mr Spitzer; entry deleted.

Despite what his campaign says, his wife is a Worker's Compensation Referee, not a "judge." That claim is misleading and should be removed. Agrippina Minor 06:00, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Labor Code section 27 states whenever workers' compensation judge or workers compensation referee is used in connection with the workers' compensation law the term shall mean workers compensation administrative law judge. This has bee the law since 1993 when so amended.
