Legal Career[edit]

I tried to update Yung's bio to include "Legal Career" in order to give more context into the legal issues raised, but even sourced changes were repeatedly censored by another editor.[1] In my humble opinion, the "why" of the case is just as important as the other questions of who, what when, and where and ought to be a fair subject of an encyclopedia entry. Many cases are reported in encyclopedias before they are ultimately successfully resolved in the litigants favor. And the matters raised here - a First Amendment overbreadth challenge and a Sixth Amendment objection to 18 USC 3664(e) are not insubstantial or unworthy of mention. I am respectfully requesting that the primary-sourced changes be added back to the article.

A "Legal Career" implies that Yung worked as a lawyer, not that he had experience with the legal system as an accused criminal. Using Yung's own legal filings to argue for his innocence in this article violates neutrality. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:39, 20 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
