"Larries"?[edit]

There's been several references to SLU's team being the larries prior to the 1970s? Is this officially confirmed anywhere, or is it just a fan nickname? I'd like to expand on that section, but need some more info. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Twilder (talkcontribs) 20:59, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Traditions[edit]

I've commented out the additions to the traditions section regarding alcohol consumption and students getting thrown out of games. These really aren't traditions, and I'm not sure what, if anything they add to the article. Also, they aren't supported by references. If you can give me a good reason to keep them in there, please do so. Twilder 05:09, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

OK, Whoever you are, you put the material back in without any explanation. You also added stuff about swearing at the refs and the players. It's deleted now. You can add stuff, but keep it relevant and keep it unbiased. Twilder 02:17, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
