The self-reference in the article (to the German version of Wikipedia) seems inappropriate per WP:SELF; perhaps it would be more appropriate to cite the sources that the German version uses? Ziggurat 04:05, 23 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, maybe, but the article is mostly a translation (mostly by me) of the German article, so it's not correct to say that the references are from German sources. Because I did not personally refer to those sources in writing and it would be therefore unethical. If the reader really wants to know the sources, he should go to the German Wikipedia article. --Geoffrey Miller 11:19, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
