This article is a good candidate for WP:TNT. It makes vast claims (with a lot of WP:Peacock) that the topic is new science, whereas almost all of this article is classic metallurgy; precipitate and phase hardening of alloys go back at least a century, and are central to modern civilization. Adding "nano" to metallurgy and claiming it is new is inappropriate. I have tagged the article in the hope that someone will rewrite it; if not I will put it up for a WP:AfD.
